ROBINHOOD CHAIN · 4663  ·  LAUNCH VIA PONS  ·  PAID IN TOKENIZED STOCK

Launch a coin.
Get paid in stock, every Friday.

Name the wallets on your payroll and one stock ticker. Every trade against your coin pays a 2% creator fee into the vault, and every Friday at market close the vault buys that stock on Robinhood Chain and pays it out. No claiming, no dashboards to check. A salary, in shares, from a meme.

PAYDAY FRI 16:00 ET

If you launch

Pick the ticker you would rather be paid in than your own coin. Add up to five wallets. The vault does the buying, the calendar does the rest.

If you are on payroll

Shares show up in your wallet on Friday evening with the coin ticker in the memo. Fractions count, so a slow week still pays.

If you hold $PAYROLL

15% of every payroll run buys $PAYROLL on the open market and burns it. Hold 500,000 and your own coin's burn drops to 5%, so 95% goes to payroll.

Build a payroll before you launch.

Pick the stock, add the wallets, drag the volume. The desk prints the same pay stub the vault will print on Friday. Nothing here is a live launch — it is the exact math the contracts run.

Payday is a calendar, not a claim.

Four steps, one of them is just Friday arriving. Nobody on the payroll has to do anything, ever.

01 · LAUNCH

Name the payroll at launch

Launch on Pons like any coin, with three extra fields: the stock ticker, up to five wallets, and their percentages. It is written into the coin and cannot be edited, not even by you. Employees can be fired only by launching a new coin.

02 · ACCRUE

Fees accrue in USDG

Every buy and sell pays 2% into a vault that belongs to the coin, not to a person. It sits in USDG all week, readable by anyone, spendable only by the payroll clock.

03 · PAYDAY

Friday 16:00 ET, the vault buys stock

At the close the vault swaps its USDG for the tokenized stock on Robinhood Chain and transfers the shares to every wallet by its percentage. The memo on the transfer is the coin ticker and the week number.

04 · BURN

15% buys and burns $PAYROLL

Before the stock is bought, 15% of the vault buys $PAYROLL from the open market and sends it to the dead address. Same transaction, no treasury, nothing held in between.

SPLIT OF EVERY PAYROLL RUN
85% to payroll, in stock15% buys & burns $PAYROLL

Launchers holding 500,000 $PAYROLL at launch get the overtime rate: 95% to payroll, 5% burn. There is no slice for the protocol on either rate.

What if the market is closed? Tokenized stocks on Robinhood Chain trade around the clock, so the payroll clock does not care about holidays. If a ticker is ever delisted from the chain, that coin's payroll falls back to SPY automatically and the employees are told in the memo. Vaults never sell stock, only buy it.

$PAYROLL is what the burn side buys.

It is never paid to an employee and never sits in a treasury. Every payroll run on every coin buys it on the open market and burns it, every Friday, forever.

Rollout.

Three phases. The ledger goes from simulated to onchain between the first two.

NOW
  • $PAYROLL live on Robinhood Chain via Pons.
  • Payroll desk open: build a payroll, print the stub, share it.
  • Eight tokenized tickers whitelisted for payday.
AT LAUNCH
  • Launch form opens: name the payroll, deploy on Pons in one step.
  • First Friday run. Ledger switches to onchain data.
  • Daily and every-$250 schedules enabled.
AFTER
  • Any tokenized stock on the chain, not just the whitelist.
  • Mixed payrolls: each wallet picks its own ticker.
  • Public burn ledger with per-coin attribution.

Your coin can go to zero.
The shares it bought stay in the wallet.

Launch a coin for your friends, your group chat, your barista. They will not follow the chart. They will notice Fridays.
